Free Consultation
We come to your home and explain how the estate sale process works. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. We have a full-time appraiser on staff.
Conduct Estate Sale
We have multiple staff members who will assist in running and managing a smooth estate sale. Most sales run 2-3 days.
Estate Set-up
We clean, stage, and price all items in the home. We provide a dumpster for excess trash if needed. We follow city ordinances as far as parking and traffic are concerned.
Clean-up
We have multiple clean-up options available for after the sale and any items that may remain.We pay our clients in cash immediately after the sale.
Advertising/Marketing
We advertise on multiple venues and send out email blasts to all of our customers. Advertising is included and free for the client.
Safety
We follow all Covid-19 safety protocols during the estate sale.
